The U.S. Marine Corps does not have a confirmed leader for the first time in 164 years, due to a blockade of military promotions by Senator Tommy Tuberville. Last year, Tuberville sold off all of his stock in Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and Northrop Grumman.
