If Sen. Tuberville continues his reckless policy, up to 3/4 of all generals and admirals will be affected by year-end. In the Rules Committee, we advanced a resolution to allow us to swiftly confirm hundreds of generals and flag officers. I'll bring it to the floor for a vote.
