Rep. Kevin Hern just disclosed new stock trades, including sales of defense contractors Boeing ( $BA ), Honeywell ( $HON ), Lockheed Martin ( $LMT ), and Raytheon ( $RTX ).
This comes as congress debates cutting defense spending in exchange for raising the debt ceiling.
